WHY is it so Valuable
They only produced 400 cases of 1985
Marilyn Merlot and much of it was consumed as the
cost was uner $20. The value of a
full bottle of 1985 Marilyn Merlot, with labels and
seals in good condition is valued in excess of
$4000.
What
Happened in The Late 90's
After much success with
Merlot, it was decided to introduce the young Norma
Jeane collection which is wine that is not fermented
in oak barrels for 2 years before bottling.
Presently
They are producing a
quality wine in quantity and many of the collectors
are starting there own collection ....check it out
